To enhance system stability and ensure the continued reliability of services, Interac will be performing scheduled database maintenance in the Production environment on Sunday, June 21, 2026.

Interac – Database Maintenance
Purpose: Interac DB Yearly Purge
Maintenance Window: June 21, 2026, 00:30 ET – June 21, 2026, 08:30 ET
Expected Outage Duration: Approximately 150 minutes (between 03:30 ET – 06:00 ET)
Environment: Production
Services Impacted: Interac e-Transfer
Impact on Transactions: Between 03:30 ET – 06:00 ET (Critical Outage Window)
Interac transactions will not be available for approximately 150 minutes as traffic will be stopped.
During this period, send, receive, and processing functionality will be unavailable, and customer transactions will be unsuccessful.
During the overall maintenance window (00:30 ET – 08:30 ET): Customers might experience intermittent latency issues.
