We would like to inform you that Interac will perform its Network Maintenance on Saturday, July 12, 2025. This maintenance will have an impact on the e-transfers twice for up to 2.5 minutes.
Below are the details of the scheduled maintenance and its expected impact:
Maintenance Schedule: Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025 Maintenance Window : 01:00 AM EST to 06:00 AM EST Outage Duration : 5 Minutes approx. Service Impact: e-Transfer services Impact during change : During the change window, between 02:00 ET and 03:30 ET, e-Transfer will be unavailable twice for up to 2.5 minutes. The first outage will occur between 02:00 to 2.45 ET and the second outage will occur between 2.45 to 3.30 ET.
During these periods, you may experience intermittent delays in processing transactions.
