Please note that we will be conducting maintenance on our servers on April 2, 2024, from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM EST. As a result, both payin and payout functionality for Instadebit and eCheck services will be unavailable during this period. We've chosen this date/time to ensure disruptions are minimised, as our data indicates this is a period of low transaction volume.

Anticipated downtime is approximately 2 hours while the maintenance is conducted. Further updates will be posted to our status page once the services are restored and back online.
