We would like to inform you that Interac will be performing critical Network Firewall Maintenance on Thursday, January 22, 2026. This maintenance is necessary to perform OS patching to ensure the continued security and stability of our production environment.

Impact During Change Between 02:00 AM and 02:10 AM ET, there is a possibility of a 10-minute period of degraded service due to firewall failover activity. During this specific 10-minute window, users may experience:
Interrupted payment processing. Increased response times (latency). Potential transaction failures.
Note: Outside of this specific 10-minute window, services are expected to operate normally within the broader maintenance period.
