Purpose: Interac DB Yearly Purge
Maintenance Window: April 19, 2026, 00:30 ET – April 19, 2026, 08:30 ET
Expected Outage Duration: Approximately 150 minutes (between 03:30 ET – 06:00 ET)
Environment: Production
Services Impacted:
Interac Transfers
Impact on Transactions:
Between 03:30 ET – 06:00 ET)
Interac transactions will not be available for approximately 250 minutes as traffic will be stopped.
During this period, send, receive, and processing functionality will be unavailable, and customer transactions will be unsuccessful.
During the overall maintenance window (00:30 ET – 08:30 ET):
Customers might experience intermittent latency issues.
